Hi!
My name is Kathy Campau and I'm an educational technology teacher at Richmond Middle School in Richmond, MI. I am a graduate of Western Michigan University, and received my masters in educational technology from Boise State University.
I am a 17 year veteran teacher at Richmond Middle School. I teach technology, which includes web design, video production, programming, multimedia, and 5th and 6th grade "wheels." I've also taught many other classes, including fourth and fifth grade, 7th and 8th grade science, 5-8 Spanish, and an 8th grade self-contained class. In 2012, I was the Macomb County Middle School Teacher of the Year. As a member of the 21 Things 4 Students Advisory team, I help develop lesson plans used by middle school students all over the world. I am a frequent presenter at conferences, including MACUL, MAMSE, 21st Century Learning, and the Michigan Digital Learning Conference. I love technology and sharing ideas with others.
I am passionate about integrating technology into the curriculum. I attend as many educational technology conferences as I can each year to gather and share ideas. On this site, you'll find hand-outs and links for my presentations.
If you have any questions or want more information about something, please email me at [email protected].
Thanks for visiting my site!
